11/05/2010 Location: All Over Phoenixville PABA Scooter Raffle PABA is raffling off a brand new Roketa Sicily Scooter, blue in color. Proceeds will help pay for street beautification efforts in the downtown Phoenixville area and to help support programs to promote Phoenixville. Tickets are 1/$5 and 5/$20 and can be purchased at Steel City Coffee House and other PABA member businesses displaying the scooter. Watch our facebook page for the location of the scooter and ticket sales. Must be 18 or older to purchase tickets and win. Scooter is street legal and comes with a title. Winner is responsible for registering and insuring scooter. To ride on street in PA, drivers must have a motorcyle permit or license. Additional information for this event can also be found HERE.
