Our mission is to provide access to information and services that address the educational, cultural and recreational nees of the community. Since 1902, the Library's collection has grown to over 75,000 items. Circulation of the collection has more than doubled from the 1970s to the present day, making the Phoenixville Public Library the third largest circulating collection in the Chester County Library System.
